Construction Carpenters Backed by Strategy and Experience

People First is partnered with a local Restoration company in Tualatin, and we are looking to add Carpenters to our team!

Pay: $22–$28 per hour DOE

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (with some on-call or weekend work as needed)

We’re looking for an experienced Carpenters to join our team in Tualatin! The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in helping homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, and mold damage.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to emergency water, fire, and mold losses in a timely and professional manner
• Perform demolition, and content manipulation as needed
• Repair structural damages as needed
• Follow safety procedures and company protocols on all job sites
• Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management
• Assist with restoration and cleanup tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in construction (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environmental conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• OSHA Certification a plus, but not required
